基金会-董事会

基金会的志愿者受托人委员会由13名社区成员组成.
 
The make-up of the board is as follows: five members who also serve on the DeSoto Regional Health System 董事会; six members who are hospital Association members; one member who is a doctor of DeSoto Regional Health System, 医院的首席执行官.
